Miss Esther
Director View Street
My goal as an educator is to create a nurturing atmosphere where children and their families experience a genuine sense of belonging. It's within this environment that children are empowered to explore and expand their developmental capacities and passions on a daily basis. Understanding the profound impact of the first five years in a child's life, I embrace the privilege of being an integral part of their early journey.
I am committed to fostering a collaborative ethos in our day-to-day operations, recognising that a unified team effort not only lightens individual burdens but also enriches the overall experience, harnessing their unique strengths and embracing the diverse perspectives that each team member brings.
Above all, I am deeply moved by the smiles of the children each day, witnessing the genuine connections they forge with their peers and the nurturing bonds they build with our educators, which last long after they leave our care.

As an Educator, I believe that a child’s early years are the most fundamental time of their life in terms of learning, growth and skill acquisition for their future. A child’s well being is important and as an educator I ensure that I support children's rights to feel safe secure and supported.

Miss Zoe
Educational Leader Karimbla Road
The early years of a child’s life is very busy as they are curious about absolutely everything. I am here to provide children and their families with a caring and safe atmosphere where their children love to come every day. I work to help shape the minds of their children by answering their curious questions to the best of my ability and if not, we will work together to find the answer. I believe that I can learn so much from the children as I help create a safe, loving and stimulating environment.
